Actors who impressed this week – Saba Qamar, Shamim Hilaly, Mustafa Changazi and more. Find out who made it!

1. Yumna Zaidi as Bakhtu in Bakhtawar

What a great performance! You completely forget Bakhtawar and become engrossed in the journey of Bakhtu. The transition from scared and pareshaan Bakhtu to brave and bold Bakhtu when confronted by the mohallah walas was impressive.
2. Adnan Samad as Farid in Wehem

Great performance by Adnan Samad that makes you feel the pain, frustration and emotional turmoil of not knowing about the identity of his parents.
3. Saba Qamar as Maya in Fraud

She makes us feel the pain and frustration of Maya and many women like Maya who face the pressure of remarriage and are not allowed time to heal and recover. A subtle yet effective performance.
4. Shamim Hilaly as Nani in Meri Shehzadi

A heart-winning performance from Shameem Hilaly as Nani who gets emotional about protecting Dania and always raises a voice for her rights – so natural and realistic.
5. Qavi Sahib as Nana in Meri Shehzadi

We can’t find adequate words to recognise and appreciate Qavi Sahib’s performance. As Dania’s wise nana he is just love
6. Mustafa Changazi as Sikander in Mor Moharan

A noteworthy performance by Mustafa as he reveals the different angles of Sikander’s personality. From losing control of his emotions and depicting anger & frustration to sitting down with his mother and connecting with her. Mustafa makes Sikander so much more humane and believable.
7. Musaddiq Malek as Fahad in Habs

A mention worthy performance as Fahad, a friend who is truly hurt by Basit’s reaction and misunderstanding. Musaddiq Malek wins us over with his realistic and subtle performance.
8. Ushna Shah as Ayesha in Habs

Ushna Shah makes us feel for Ayesha. We appreciate her for trying to stay with Basit even though he is losing it, feel for her as Basit throws makes her leave their home and then support her as she subsequently refuses to contact Basit.
