1. Bilal Abbas Khan as Fazal Baksh in Ishq Murshid
Bilal Abbas Khan shows versatility in Fazal Baksh’s character as we see him trying to get Shibra released from jail and being worried about her. There is a threat and restraint both, at the same time in his tone as he addresses the police officer.
2. Ayeza Khan as Mahnoor in Jaan-e-Jahan
Loving how Ayeza Khan has made Mahnoor someone we can all connect with. Her strength, her frustrations and most importantly her constant striving to achieve her dreams no matter what.
3. Faiza Gillani as Nudrat in Mannat Murad
A note-worthy performance by Faiza Gillani as Nudrat. Nudrat is completely brainwashed by her husband but at the same time, she is concerned for Itrat and does try to talk to her. It is interesting how she communicated various aspects keeping the essence of the character intact.
4. Saba Qamar as SP Sara in Serial Killer
Saba Qamar with her performance makes watching serial killer an interesting and worthwhile watching experience. She is keeping it real, never going overboard in her performance just to prove that her character as a female inspector is capable of doing anything.
5. Talha Chahour as Murad in Mannat Murad
Talha captures Murad’s tunnel vision about marriage expectations to the tee. His judgment of Mannat, justifying his family’s stance & then seeking his mother for validation are making audiences slip into permanent “Murad rage mode!”
6. Saqib Sumeer as Raju in Standup Girl
Saqib Sumeer as Raju is giving us laugh-out moments with his perpetually ridiculous comments, food obsessions & a grownup son’s clingy & humorous attachment to his father.
7. Sohail Ahmed as Nana in Standup Girl
Sohail Ahmed as the caring Nana with a witty twist, proves yet again that he can reinvent himself every time and do justice to comical, sober or ‘out of the box characters’ all at once.
8. Hamza Sohail as Hussain in Breaking News
Hussain is an interesting character, you become his fan thanks to his unwavering support for Mishaal but then you also get frustrated at his goody-goody attitude. His portrayal of Hussain is definitely worth mentioning.
9. Hareem Farooq as Fari in 22 Qadam
Our heart breaks again for Fari as Hareem Farooq brilaintly portrays the loss Fari feels after the death of her father, the one person who had always given her unwavering support.
10. Nadia Jameel as Adeela in Khushboo Mein Base Khat
Nadia Jameel just blows you away with her expressions at the end of the latest episode, as her character goes through some extreme emotional abuse from her husband Zaryab. There is not a single dialogue and only her expressions and her eyes that speak.
