Babar Azam continues to win his fans’ hearts on and off the field! He has proven to be one of the greatest players we have had in Pakistan’s cricket history. In yet another heart-winning moment, Babar Azam handed over his ‘Man Of The Match’ trophy to his team member Khushdil Shah, in the first ODI against West Indies in Multan.
As we all are aware, breaking records comes easily to Babar Azam. He scored a century in the ODI match which made him the fastest batter as a captain to score 1000 runs in ODI, beating Virat Kohli, the former captain of the Indian cricket team. Virat reached 1000 ODI runs in 17 innings whereas Babar Azam only took 13 innings to reach that number and break the record.
Khushdil Shah was also praised for helping the team score a whopping 41 runs off of just 23 balls.
