It’s that time of the year, guys! We are just, more or less, a month away from Ramzan, and what makes Ramzan extra special for us is none other than Ramzan dramas, sprinkled with love, humor, laughter, lighthearted messages, and more.
As we head toward Ramzan, our drama makers (who know how to get us excited) are revealing their magic, and with that, ladies and gentlemen, the first look of the Ramzan drama Dil Wali Gali, starring the famous Zard Patton Ka Bunn pair, Hamza Sohail and Sajal Aly is out.

The Ensemble Team Behind Dil Wali Gali
The drama is headlined by the famous and beloved on-screen pair Hamza Sohail and Sajal Aly from the recently concluded superhit drama Zard Patton Ka Bunn, which was based on population control, women’s education, childbirth, girls’ education, health sector issues, and more. The drama followed the success of Zard Patton Ka Bunn and the love that has been showered upon Meenu and Dr. Nofil, played by Sajal Aly and Hamza Sohail, for their performances and chemistry in the drama. Hamza Sohail has given us Fairy Tale in a previous Ramzan, but this is the first time Sajal Aly will appear in a Ramzan drama. With a power cast and the potent director- writer duo of Kashif Nisar and Zafar Mairaj, this project brings so much more to the table, and to our Ramzan drama screens!
And when we say “out of the box” script, what comes to mind? Mann Jogi, Kabli Pulao, Lashkara? Yes, you’re thinking along the right lines! The drama is written by Zafar Mairaj, and it’s also his first time writing a Ramzan drama. And wait, there’s more! To top it all off with a “wow” factor, director Kashif Nisar takes charge of Dil Wali Gali. With gems like Kabli Pulao and Mann Jogi in the not so recent last, this partnership has not only delivered entertainment, but thought-provoking scripts to tease the seasoned drama viewer’s palate the success of both dramas—hence the hype among drama fans is real.
Details related to the supporting cast have been kept under wraps for now. As for the release date, since it’s a Ramzan drama, the first Ramzan will be the release day and the drama will air on HUM TV. Ramzan is probably beginning in Pakistan on either February 28, 2025, or March 1, 2025. So, keep your eyes out for more details and teasers!
