Not every love story falls apart with a fight. Sometimes, it happens quietly — through sleepless nights, unspoken grief and the growing distance between two people who still love each other.
That is exactly the feeling the first teaser of Gulbahar leaves us with.
Starring Sanam Saeed and Emmad Irfani, the upcoming drama appears to explore a marriage caught between love, longing and an ache that neither partner quite knows how to fix. Directed by Mehreen Jabbar and written by Aliya Bukhari, Gulbahar immediately sets itself apart with its restrained, deeply intimate approach to marital conflict.
