Here we speak to Hareem Farooq in what went down behind the scenes in 22 Qadam!
The Actors On Set
“We had the amazing opportunity to collaborate with aspiring cricketers, and together with the support of PCB, we conducted auditions to discover these talented female athletes. Meeting them was an absolute delight, and we couldn’t help but be inspired by the fire and passion within each one of them. Their stories were nothing short of remarkable!”
Hareem also shared that one of the cricketers used to arrive at practice on bikes – now that’s some serious girl power!
Some BTS Moments
“During our night shoot, the first day was filled with joy as we managed to capture some fantastic shots. However, as the days went on, fatigue started creeping in, and by the third day, after my scene, I couldn’t help but plop down on the ground. Wahaj, my co-star, followed suit, and it turned into a hilarious moment. We couldn’t stop laughing at each other’s exhaustion. Behind-the-scenes moments like these are the best! Just saying, we’d love to see some of those BTS clips to relive the fun and laughter!”
