Even if he did because he was scared for his life, he should have told Shahmeer what happened instead of talking to him on speaker phone and putting Shibra and Shahmeer’s love story in jeopardy.

Soulmates?
Looks like Shahmeer and Shibra share a deeper bond that goes into their past, practically making them soulmates, meant to be together. The flashback scene of Suleiman Sahib talking with Shahmeer’s mother brought back memories that seemed to bother Shahmeer’s father.
Amusing Fazal Baksh x Shahmeer
The tea serving scene to the people who had brought a proposal for Shibra was also fun to watch. Farhaad, unlike Fazal Baksh seems to have all the right qualities to impress Suleiman Sahib, making it very difficult to dissuade Suleiman Sahib from saying yes. The cute joree of Sukhi and Shahmeer are again busy planning and we are looking forward to seeing some precious moments in the coming episodes with Sukaina getting married.
It was a funny scene where Shahmeer brings Nargis back to his house once again and tells her to get Sukaina married within a week. Shahmeer is willing to do anything for Shibra, offering Rs.75 lacs for the wedding was surely a sign of his generosity. The scene made us laugh out loud. Although Nargis very conveniently kept 35 lacs for herself and only disclosed 40 lacs for the wedding.
Mehreen’s Toxic Streak
Mehreen feels betrayed and angry, she will not let Shahmeer and Shibra get away with this so easily. But did we really need to see another toxic character compromising on the self-respect of women for love, when the Shahmeer-Shibra track was already interesting and complex enough because of Shahmeer pretending to be Fazal Baksh.
Shahmeer and Shibra are unknowingly talking about a very real future possibility of both their fathers’ not agreeing to their marriage and creating problems for their “happily ever after”
