What is the secret about Suleiman Sahib and Shahmeer’s mother? Should Faraz tell Shahmeer about Mehreen? Was Suleiman Sahib cautioning Fazal Baksh about his relationship with Shibra? Will he refuse Fazal Baksh despite knowing that Shibra likes him?
Romance Is In The Air
The drama gave audiences some great romantic moments between Fazal Baksh and Shibra. From offering 5 seconds to Shibra to just look at him, to Fazal Baksh telling Shibra he will vanish from her life without telling her, if ever such a situation arises – the episode won hearts and made us all go aww…
But did that dialogue hint at a sad ending for this drama?
Danger Afoot
Mehreen, her father Haroon, and Dawood Ali Khan are all together in planning a scheme against Shahmeer and Shibra. It makes us feel sad for Shahmeer and we instantly want to protect him from their evil intentions as he goes about his plan as Fazal Baksh in his happy-go-lucky mode.
Suleiman Sahib is clearly not happy about Shahmeer and Shibra even though he can tell Shibra is interested in him. Looks like he was cautioning Fazal Baksh to be careful and not do anything that he would not expect him to do or would break his trust.
Mehreen’s Plan
Why would Shibra let Mehreen look around her house alone? It seems strange to let a complete stranger roam your house while you make tea. We wish the drama creators had come up with a better idea to execute the twist that Mehreen manages to reach the room where Fazal Baksh resides.
Though Shahmeer manages to conceal his reaction very well at this news when Shibra tells him, we did expect him to show concern later on about this new development and not undermine it.
Mehreen is all out to make sure Shahmeer doesn’t get away with it. She is cleverly and very carefully planning and executing her plan. It is good to see that she is not just a toxic negative character but has some thought behind what she is doing and not letting Shahmeer suspect a single thing. She is also not running after him like she used to.
The drama defends Faraz’s action of revealing Shahmeer’s plan to Mehreen through the whole conversation he has with his wife about feeling guilty and making him realise how dangerous Mehreen and Dawood can be. But is he underestimating Shahmeer? Wouldn’t Shahmeer protect him or try to save him if he warns him now as well? Maybe Shahmeer would understand why he let out his secret to Mehreen.
Final Thoughts
Lastly, what was that entire scene about the real Fazal Baksh giving a massage to his client? We do enjoy watching his scenes but they have to have some relevance to the drama scene happening at the moment or the story arc. We would appreciate it if the drama wouldn’t waste time on scenes with no relevance or purpose.
