The search for Miss Universe Pakistan 2024 has begun. The pageant has announced 21 candidates for the title. Here are our top 7 picks from the list!
Last year Pakistan was finally represented at a global stage with a Pakistani running for the title of Miss Universe for the very first time. The Miss Universe is a global franchise, and the Miss Universe Pakistan contest is a franchise owned by the Yugen Group, a Dubai based company which also owns the franchise rights of Miss Universe Bahrain and Miss Universe Egypt.
24-year-old, Pakistani fashion model, Erica Robin was crowned as the winner for the first ever ‘Miss Universe Pakistan’ in held in Maldives. She went on to represent Pakistan on the worldwide pageant stage and also made it to the top 20 in El Salvador. As Erica Robin continues her reign, the competition for the next Miss Universe Pakistan is already heating up. The Miss Universe Pakistan page has just revealed the top 21 contestants. We’ve selected our top 7 favorites and are excited to introduce them to you.
1. Anzela Abbasi
Anzela Abbasi is a Pakistani actress, model, and singer known for her work in television. She is the daughter of actors Shamoon Abbasi and Javeria Abbasi. Apart from the entertainment and fashion world, she is also recently a founder at nafsihaath. She describes herself as an artist on a mission to better the current mental health landscape for women in Pakistan.
2. Hania Moin
An advertising graduate with a passion for hair colouring, Hania is also an entreprenur with her own hair salon.
3. Nimra Jacob
A fashion model but also a graduate of Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Rutgers University, USA. She has been known to share her journey about how she came to Pakistan for her cousin’s wedding and ended up becoming a fashion model.
4. Noor Xarmina
With a Bachelor of Science in BS Biological Sciences from Imperial College London and further a Master of Science in MS Management from London Business School, Noor has also dabbled in the Ministry of foreign affairs in Pakistan as a Public Policy & Diplomacy Analyst. Furthermore, she has been an investment analyst at multiple MNC’s abroad. Apart from her career in management she also models for renowned brands in Pakistan.
5. Sabina Saeed
A Medical student at the University Of Arizona in the US and a content creator, Sabina Saeed has joined the high stakes challenge.
6. Ersa Batool
A renowned Pakistani model for top brands, Ersa is a business graduate turned fashion model.
7. Dua Miran
Dua Miran is a content creator, model and student at Bahria University.
