Maira getting pregnant and then losing her baby was definitely not in Jahan Ara’s plan. Now that Maira has left Junaid and they are already fighting with each other, does Jahan Ara need to do anything else to create more conflict between them? Why did Jahan Ara ask her mother to tell Shah Jahan that she had died a year ago? Does she want to see if Shah Jahan will come looking for her? Does she want validation of his love for her?

It feels surprising that when Asia felt sick, Jahan Ara agreed to bring Aashiq back home, but at the same time she made sure Aashiq should get some clear messages. She made him hold the umbrella to remind him of his position. Then she told him to drive, giving him a bit of confidence. But what really took us by surprise was how she made him look at her in the rearview mirror repeatedly. She was definitely trying to tempt him subtly. Is this a way of revealing the real face of Aashiq to Asia – the guy who keeps taunting Jahan Ara for seducing other men, will find himself falling for her?
What is the mystery behind Maira and Junaid? Maira being so against Junaid’s mother makes us wonder if something happened in the past. We hope the drama will give us more perspective on this ongoing conflict between Maira and her mother-in-law. It can’t just be a simple mother-in-law and daughter-in-law conflict.
The delivery/electrician guy really surprised us and Jahan Ara as well when he asked her: “You will make sure that the love of my life Sajal gets a divorce from her husband and I get to marry her, because you are the one who gets people divorced.” This was definitely something that Jahan Ara was not expecting. We are eager to see how she handles this new development.
However, we are curious to know why that delivery/electrician guy was in Maira’s house? Jahan Ara could not have sent him because she knew that Maira was at home. She would have ideally sent that guy to do something when no one was home.
With Shah Jahan’s return, we get more information about what happened in Jahan Ara’s past. She was definitely getting married to Shah Jahan, as we are shown the wedding scene, but what really happened in the end? Was it her brother and father who forced her to marry Sarmad, or was it Sarmad who forcefully cancelled her wedding to Shah Jahan? What role did Shah Jahan play in all of this?
Junaid and Zeeshan are both different people, and we are glad to see the drama writer ensure that they are not identical or the same kind of men. Junaid is more intelligent, sharp, and has more presence of mind as compared to Zeeshan, who was completely smitten by Jahan Ara. Junaid knows what to say and when to say it. He even tries to appeal to her soft side by telling her she is a woman and has a right to live. He also challenges her by asking why he hasn’t seen or heard from her husband in the time they have been in this house.
Muamma keeps you engaged and intrigued at the same time, throwing a new twist with every successive episode so that you don’t get bored and keep wondering which direction the story will take now.
