Since Parwarish touches on the serious issue of bullying, we couldn’t help but ask Nooray Zeeshan what she thinks someone should do if they’re being bullied. Nooray kept it real and shared that the first step is always to speak up and be confident, even when others don’t believe you. She feels that staying silent only encourages the bully to continue, so it’s better to stand your ground and confront them. If the bullying still doesn’t stop, Nooray believes self-defense becomes necessary. In her view, if someone doesn’t understand after being told multiple times, then it’s okay to take stronger action. She’s all about standing up for yourself and believes everyone should learn how to handle such situations with strength and courage.

For her, early support and practice helped a lot, including watching acting clips and getting feedback. Eventually, with encouragement and a bit of hustle, she started giving auditions—and after a year, she finally got the call for Parwarish. So if acting is your passion, start prepping, stay consistent, and don’t be afraid to take that first step, as Nooray says—confidence is the key.

Nooray thinks that saying “yes” more often and showing trust doesn’t mean losing control; in fact, it builds a bond where kids naturally start saying “yes” back. It’s not about unlimited freedom—it’s about smart communication, mutual respect, and knowing that emotional safety starts at home.
