Pari kay sapnay, Arsam ka poetic dukh (jiski wajah abhi clear nahin hai) Ujala ka reserved lekin mohabbat bhara intezar, Kamali ki herkatein & Mumani jaan ki nonstop batain – ‘Paristan’ is a full on entertainment package.

The Arslan Naseer-Aymen Saleem joree are back to entertain us this Ramazan & we are absolutely loving them. One can see marked improvements in their performances & it seems like they’re both thriving on the screen now!
It is interesting to note that although the humour is borderline lame, it will still make you laugh. We found ourselves enjoying it thoroughly & laughing out loud at several moments.
What We Love About The Characters
Love that Pari, despite not having a perfect life is not the roti dhoti heroine. She is strong though a bit jhali at times. Arsam seems to be the serious, responsible guy who blames himself for a past tragedy. Will Pari make him smile again?
Mooroo, the famous YouTuber makes his appearance in the drama as Aman Ullah. The final scene where he faints was lit with great comic timing! However, Aman Ullah isn’t the only character worthy of note. Ujala is the sughar, khamosh & sensible cousin of Pari, who takes her side & stays positive. Merub is doing a fabulous job as Ujala. Kamali & mumani are just too good. They talk nonstop, have something to share all the time & will surely bring a smile to your face.
Is ‘Paristan’ your brand of humour? What are your thoughts on the first episode?
