- The FUCHSIA Games – Scavenger Hunt Edition will take place on the 6th of August.
- The teams along with their respective members should be on time for the final registration that will be 10.30am and the event will end at approximately 3.00pm.
- The participant should be physically and mentally healthy to participate.
- To enter the event the person should complete the following:
- Sign an undertaking form
- Bring the CNIC and their respective university/work cards
- FUCHSIA will only be responsible for the costs that are incurred with respect to completing the scavenger hunt. All other costs will be borne by the participant.
- FUCHSIA accepts no responsibility and will not be held legally liable or responsible for any accident, loss, injury or damage to any individual or property whether direct or indirect, whether in contract, tort, negligence or otherwise arising out of or in connection with the competition or the prize, either during or after the competition.
- Entry into the competition signifies acceptance of all conditions. Entrants are required to abide by the Terms and Conditions as presented.
- Personal information provided by an entrant to FUCHSIA for the purpose of entering the Hunt will be collected, used and disclosed to the FUCHSIA team only. Personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned or otherwise disclosed to any third party otherwise than in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
- Teams will be outside for most of the event. Wear clothing that is suitable for the weather conditions on the day. Flexible, decent and comfortable clothing and sensible footwear (Shoes are good). A waterproof jacket is always a good idea just in case it starts raining.
- FUCHSIA has the right to suspend or disqualify any team or member if found cheating or engaged in any such act that leads to unfair competition.
- FUCHSIA is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete, illegible, incorrect, delayed, garbled, undelivered, or misdirected entries; theft, destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone or data transmission systems; interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; any error, omission, traffic jams, accident or any injury or damage to any person.
- The team members can use any mode of transport but must respect traffic rules throughout the duration of the competition.
- Any act whatsoever that results in violation of the laws will lead to instant disqualification.
- All team members must adhere to the rules and regulations of the Scavenger Hunt. These will be communicated to them on the day of the event.
- The decision by FUCHSIA will be final, binding and not subject to change by any third party.
- The winning team will be awarded a gift hamper worth PKR 30,000 which would together consist of prize money along with vouchers of assorted brands.
- The teams will be provided all the clues for the respective locations regarding the scavenger hunt by FUCHSIA.
- If a team is stuck on a location and needs a lifeline to continue with the game, they will be provided with a FUCHSIA Helpline to be used once: 0333- FUCHSIA (3824742).
