Faraar dropped so many revelations, we had a tough time trying not to blink throughout the episode, so we don’t miss a reveal. From Baggi being Chaudhry’s love, to Fasih finally proposing to Sadia, and Mohsin Baig making his escape despite the police plan to finish him in the act, the story kept us hooked.

The Great Escape
Baig’s prison escape scene was very well shot, with the police force’s covert planning and prison guards keeping a watch, and Baig avoiding the search lights. In the beginning, we weren’t even sure whether they were helping him escape or planning to finish him in the act. The twist at the end where Baig calls the police inspector to let him know he beat them to it was a great counter reveal. A shout out to the directors for giving us a great escape.
Chaudhry’s Backstory
Chaudhry’s love interest revealed was another moment that caught us by surprise. He has no idea why Baggi fled the village and that she’s back now. It is amazing how the storytelling and character journeys fall into place, fitting in like pieces of a jigsaw puzzle – forging connections where we thought none existed. Of course, we can’t wait for Chaudhry and Baggi to finally come face to face now.
Fasih and Sadia Smile Moments
Fasih finally proposing to Sadia was a relief. The conversation between these two held us in a spell as they both ask each other why the other didn’t stay longer – finally Sadia asking Fasih to finish the conversation brought a smile to our face. Fasih and his mother’s conversation was also amusing where she threatens to stop cooking food for him if he doesn’t fix the mess he made with Sadia.
Hesitant, cautious Fasih needs to pick up the pace with his police investigations too, so that he’s not left with Batish waving goodbye to him on the CCTV yet again. This is his final chance to prove his worth.
Shamaila’s Spine-Chilling Moment
Shamaila threatened by the QIP was a scene that instilled fear – very well executed where the actors did not have to raise their voice or act violently to convey the dark deeds they are capable of, if things don’t go according to plan. Shamaila, despite being scared, tries to keep things to herself, knowing she has to protect herself and Faraz at all costs.
Babrik’s story is turning out to be a lost cause, especially since all other stories are fast-paced and super interesting.
Shakeela’s brothers have discovered Baggi’s address – time for her to go ‘Faraar’ again.
Will Faraz, in his desperation to get to Shamaila, endanger everyone’s lives, as predicted by Chaudhry?
