To go or not to go to a Hasan Raheem concert – here’s the lowdown on the energy, the vibes, and everything in between.

These 5 Points Will Help You Decide If a Hasan Raheem Concert Is Your Vibe

Now, I’m not really a concert person. I like attending them in my mind—headphones on full blast, dancing around or pacing my room late at night. Real concerts? Too crowded, too loud, and hello, social anxiety screaming in the background. I’ve been there, done that, kind of enjoyed it… but honestly, I’d rather be watching from the sides. Also, I won’t call myself a Hasan Raheem fan (although my playlist has a number of his songs), but somehow I still found myself front-row at his concert. So how did I end up at this one, and what did I actually feel? That’s a story.

Well, my school (I teach, not study, if that’s what you’re thinking) advertised a Hasan Raheem concert and, without thinking twice, something inside me went, “I need to go.” I asked myself, “What? Why? How?”—was it impulse or just instinct? God knows. Anyway, I couldn’t go alone because, hello, anxiety, so I drafted my cousins into the plan. Fast forward to January 31st, and there we were: the school crowd buzzing, people showing up, food stalls set up, the whole vibe. My cousins and I wandered around for a bit—talking, gossiping, clicking pictures, and during the DJ set, we somehow took over the front line, right in front of the stage. Shoutout to my cousins for that energy, I could never pull that off solo.

At this point, I feel like everyone’s been to a Hasan Raheem concert, if you haven’t, this might just help you decide.

1. Those reels are real!

It’s no secret his concerts blow up feeds everywhere, 2-3 times, at least. And lowkey, they’re hilarious: from recreating the Nadiaa meme to telling the audience to get down “ke amma daantein gi,” the online clips already look fun. Being there in person? I can confirm, there might not be a single dull moment. Every move, every joke, every high note felt alive.

2. If you don’t know the songs, it’s okay

Even if you don’t know them, trust me, you’ll catch something, a verse, a line, a word, and before you know it, you’re vibing anyway. For me, knowing the songs was like hearing my own playlist come to life on stage. But even for first-timers, the music is magnetic. The beats, the lyrics, the energy, it drags you in. Suddenly you’re clapping, swaying, or just grinning at strangers like they’re old friends, all of you collectively losing it to the same tune.

3. The man knows how to entertain

Hasan Raheem doesn’t just perform – he performs. He’s cracking jokes, hyping the crowd, interacting with people, moving around the stage like he’s everywhere at once. There’s a moment when he pauses, locks eyes with someone in the audience, waves, and suddenly it feels personal, like he’s singing just for you. Even with hundreds of people around, he has this way of making it intimate, funny, and unforgettable all at once.

4. The crowd energy

Not calling anyone out, but while everyone was cheering and singing along, the crowd somehow felt a little reserved. Meanwhile, my cousins and I were living our full-on front-line energy. When we go out, we go out, no half measures. But that said, there were small bursts of chaos elsewhere too – friends screaming lyrics, dancing randomly, strangers laughing together over something silly. But hey, we were too lost in our little bubble!

In the middle of it all, a few people got in the way, but somehow we ended up super close to the stage – just a handful of people in front of us. I was lowkey bummed at first, but I guess when the company is right, you just manage. And honestly, it made the whole experience even better. Plus this thing is a part of concert so, chill.

5. The highlight for me

Honestly, the song Wishes stole the show for me. It’s like the heartbreak anthem of the night—without even having been there or gone through that kind of heartbreak yourself, it just hits. You feel it. My cousins and I – lowkey just vibing hard, totally melting into the song as if our hearts had been shattered. Well, I guess these kinds of songs just get you.

Then there was Fly With Me—had us all dancing like no one was watching. On Radha, his wedding choreo that took over the socials? The vibe was unmatched. And yk the steps… don’t lie, we all tried to do them, even if half-heartedly. It was chaotic, fun, silly, and exactly the kind of moment that makes a concert feel alive. Every song had its own little highlight, but these ones? Pure energy, pure joy.

He ended the night with Peechay Hutt, which honestly felt like the perfect finale. We sat in the car afterwards, blasting a little more Hasan Raheem, still singing along, laughing at how much we’d moved, and then we got home and ordered pizza. Lowkey, it might just make it into the “GOATed day” list. So, to answer your question… to go or not to go? If you get the chance, just go. You might not be a concert person either, but somehow, Hasan makes it worth it.
