Finally, Zanjeerain has taken a step up, and Sarbuland’s sardar side is doing what he’s supposed to do!
Feels like Sarbuland has taken some lessons from Rabiya. For the very first time, we see him confronting the right person. Rabiya has tried giving him signals, and he’s finally taken one.
Sarbuland was calculative, he carried a menacing tone, not overdoing it, not raising his voice; instead, his body language was doing all the work, and that was clearly enough for Sohrab. He was very calm yet aggressive, and this striking balance is what made Sohrab lose his confidence and maybe, his breath!
We could see how Sohrab felt at that moment: confused, lost for words, already planning his next move, all while still feeling that hint of fear of THE sardar who was standing right in front of him, putting him in his place and making it very clear that he was speaking as the sardar and not his brother.
Somewhere in between the scene, we rejoiced. Does Sarbuland perhaps know what happened to Bano that night? Minus the fact that we’re so done with Sarbuland only grieving in silence and not really searching for his Bano, that we hope he knows every bit of it. After all, he’s a sardar; maybe we’ve just misunderstood him all along?
Loved how he mentioned Zafran and Torsum and then continued by saying that there’s always someone inside the home, within the four walls, who enables outsiders to do what they want to do. There’s definitely a ghaddar among us!
Thank God he’s using his sardar brain. As they say, dair aaye durust aaye? But wait, let’s see what fans have to say about this scene in particular!
