Faysal’s performance as a child stuck in the mind of an adult is mention-worthy. There are subtle details in his performance through hand gestures, muted facial expressions and over all body language that makes it interesting rather than comical or questionable.
2. Arez Ahmed as Junaid in Raaja Raani
Arez keeps it subtle and wins us as we see him performing Junaid who is out to get it his cousin.
3. Usman Chaudhry as SHO Zaman in Faraar
Usman Chaudhry as SHO Zaman has our heart. A great performance and a likeable character truly makes it a treat for audiences to watch.
4. Sohai Ali as Kiran in Dastak
Sohai makes Kiran’s character relatable with a performance that seems effortless as she keeps it subtle and realistic. Definitely winning us with this one.
5. Ali Raza as Moiz in Dastak
Whether it is a scene with his parents, with Kiran or with little Shani, Ali Raza delivers a great performance in each scenario making it interesting to watch Moiz as he juggles so many things in his life.
6. Nooray Zeeshan as Anaya in Parwarish
Great performance as Nooray Zeeshan depicts the trauma and challenges of a young girl, struggling to adjust in a an entirely new environment.
7. Zaviyar Nouman as Sahir
Zaviyar’s portrayal of the fear within Sahir, his dual personality, the situation he is trying to manipulate in his favour is notable. His expressions are impactful and make Sahir very real.
8. Nameer Khan as Ammar in QJ
A fabulous performance by Nameer Khan as Ammar. There were many scenes where he didn’t have any dialogues and just had to play with his facial expressions. It is alway challenging to do that. He was excellent in his portrayal of each and every scene winning the audiences everywhere.
