Aap Ki Izzat is about to end, and honestly, there is still a lot left to unpack.
After everything Beena and Tabish have been through, the story is heading towards its final two episodes, with plenty of questions still hanging in the air. The drama has taken us through a marriage that slowly changed as love, trust and respect began to fall apart, leaving its characters to deal with the consequences of their choices.
Now, with just two episodes left, the big question is: where does Aap Ki Izzat go from here? Will the story give us the ending we are expecting, or does Umera Ahmed have a final twist waiting for us? Before we find out, here are five predictions for how we think the drama could wrap things up.
1. Beena Could Walk Away For Good
Has Beena, after all that she has been through, reached the stage in her life when she can come to the conclusion that she would be better off going it alone? She has done all she can throughout her life to try and make things work, but the last two episodes might reveal that she cannot ever put things back the way they were. It will be interesting to see whether she chooses herself this time.
2. Will Tabish Actually Change?
Tabish has had enough time to consider his actions, but it really comes down to what he decides to do now. Will he learn from his mistakes and truly realize where he was going wrong? Or will he end up repeating his own patterns and behaviors and come right back to where he started? We could see the drama use his ending to say something about whether men can actually unlearn the people society conditioned them to be. We still remember the “Lekin mein mard hoon” dialogue. The question is, can Tabish unlearn that one?
3. Can Their Relationship Ever Go Back To What It Was?
Even if Beena and Tabish decide to give their relationship another chance, things cannot simply go back to how they were. Too much has happened between them. Trust has been damaged, feelings have changed and both of them have been forced to see a side of each other they perhaps never expected. So, even a reconciliation may come with a completely different dynamic, and not a happily ever after one.
4. Is Behram’s Story Really Over?
While Beena and Tabish’s relationship has remained at the centre of the drama, Behram’s marriage has raised its own set of questions. Could Zarmala eventually reach the same point Beena did and decide that she has had enough? Or will the drama leave that storyline where it currently stands – a representation of real life, and focus entirely on Beena and Tabish in the final episodes – a messaging that might be far from reality, but allows us to dream?
5. Will Tabish’s Izzat Get In The Way?
Tabish may still have feelings for Beena, but will his sense of izzat allow him to truly accept Beena and move forward by not letting their past (Behram and Naz) ever come between them? Even if a part of him wants to hold on to their relationship, his beliefs about what a husband should accept could make things much more complicated. Could izzat ultimately become the one thing standing between Tabish and Beena?
Only two episodes remain to be aired, but there are many questions left to be answered by Aap Ki Izzat. Is the ending going to provide us with the closure we are expecting, or is it going to give us something more to ponder about?
