Finally, Kiran gave us the scene we had been waiting for, for so many episodes. Burns Road Kay Romeo Juliet delivered two powerful episodes that touched your heart with emotional and intense yet very relatable twists. Many dialogues and scenes echoed exactly what one would be thinking or have heard in society.
Farhad’s Anger Management Wins
Another significant moment was how Farhad controlled his anger when Shahzain provokes him. So, it seems like Kiran has managed to convince Farhad of what he was not able to realize earlier. The bond between the two is just so cute.
While Farhad might be losing points because of how he dealt with Freeya, he is certainly making us change our mind because of his behavior with Kiran and his mother. The way he makes his mother understand that she must see a doctor, how he stands by Kiran, is just heart-winning. His question to his mother: “would you have stayed if you had someone standing by you”? Was powerful and must have made many women ask themselves the same question and many would have answered with an instant “no” silently.
Kiran’s Inner Strength Resurfaces
Kiran was fabulous… her dialogues echoed the excruciating pain every abused woman must have felt, how the experience affects one not just physically but emotionally as well and hurts so deep that it leaves a permanent scar inside. We all waited anxiously and maybe, with fear in our hearts too, that she might agree to go back to him – a scene we’ve witnessed often enough among abused victims.
A Mother’s Journey
The drama showed the mother’s journey beautifully. How she realizes she had wasted her life and how she needed to be the backbone of her children’s life. The way she stands by Kiran and protects her from Shahzain was a profound moment in the episode, going full circle. Her conversation with the therapist was another important highlight of the episode where it brought focus on how women change their lives after marriage and stop thinking about themselves.
Freeya’s Mom Disappoints
On the other hand, Freeya’s mom disappointed us tremendously by hiding the truth about Farhad’s blood donation from everyone, and that Farhad was the one who eventually saved her husband and Freeya’s father’s life. Maybe she wanted to avoid any further conflict between her children, but this could have been the very moment which would have changed everyone’s perspective about Farhad and made them accept him, making it easy for both Freeya and Farhad. Little does she know that it was her own son who was behind the shop incident and somehow, also responsible for his father’s condition. But the son is silent….
Modern Business Tools
The drama also shows how the younger generation is now changing the way business is being promoted and marketed. Something very relatable. Farhad has finally found his way and seems to be confident about it.
