Hum Dono: Shehroze is A Tough Code To Crack. What Is He Really Up To?

Is he, not Ejaz Durrani, the real villain, and planner behind everything that is happening in Asad and Wafa’s life? Can Wafa really do anything against her father who is also a senator? Though Anwar is Asad’s brother, but his emotional and young self might be planning more than we can see right now.
Shehroze’s Storytelling
The most interesting part of the episode was Shehroze telling a different story almost to every member of the cast. Initially we thought it could be by chance, but then the pattern continued, and he also twisted the story as he retold the original version to a different person. Is he the mastermind behind Asad’s kidnapping? Was he the one who planted this idea in Ejaz Durrani’s mind? Also, is his objective to just win over Wafa or does it run deeper, with an aim to perhaps exacting revenge for what Ejaz Durrani might have done with his father?
Asad’s Strange Reactions
Why was Asad angry at Wafa? Why wouldn’t he look at her or drink soup from her? Did he really need her to prove her love for him? It just doesn’t make sense. We would expect him to have enough common sense to know that Wafa wouldn’t be behind any of the events. Funnily, once he did come around, he swung to the other extreme of proposing to her, asking her to marry him. Would he be thinking about getting back at Ejaz Durrani by any chance?
While Shehroze is clearly someone not white, Anwar’s actions and intentions are equally questionable. He took money from Shehroze; he is also willing to do anything to create an issue. How can Asad’s father forget what Ejaz Durrani had threatened him with, clearly telling him to make sure Asad doesn’t repeat his mistake. But Asad’s family seems to be totally missing the gravity of the situation.
Wafa’s Hunger Strike
Are Wafa’s efforts futile? Can she really make an impact against her father? Although what Shehroze said about the opposition taking advantage of this situation and spreading rumors was with the intention to dissuade her and scare her, but maybe there was some truth in that argument. Wafa’s actions could have consequences.
