2. Flower Of Evil – 2020
Baek Hee-Sung, the protagonist of the series, has concealed his past and established a new persona as a devoted parent and husband. As a devoted detective, his wife, Cha Ji-won, begins to think that her husband may not be who he says he is. The show has captured the audiences with it’s stellar cast, applaudable performances. As the series looks into human emotions, relationships, many are able to resonate on many levels, keeping them hooked.

3. Moon Lovers: Scarlet Heart Ryeo
Moon Lovers travels back to the Goryeo period. The plot centers on Go Ha-jin, a modern day woman, who time travels 1000 years and is drawn into a web of palace politics and romance with multiple royal princes. With fate and destiny playing a big part, the main romance between Hae Soo and Wang So is tragic and intense.
The ensemble cast consists of Lee Joon-gi, IU, Kang Ha-neul, Nam Joo-hyuk. It’s a 20 episode drama that has a 8,6/10 score on IMDb. The twists, turns, and the story have our attention. What about you?
4. Lovely Runner
Im Sol and her idol, Sunjae, played by Kim Hye-yoon and Byeon Woo-seok respectively, are at the center of the story. Sol is mysteriously transported back in time after she witnesses a moment that changes Sunjae’s life. Sol sets out on a quest to change fate that involves her reliving the past several times while attempting to avoid the catastrophe she’s witnessed.
There’s a sense of warmth and humor in Lovely Runner. It’s interesting to see the factor of ‘the past and the future.’ The comedy that results from Sol’s emotions, the touch upon current cultures and trends just beautifully bind the story. 5. Queen of Tears – 2024
If you’re into a couple’s trope, then this one’s for you. The show stars Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Ji-won in the leads.
The legal director of the conglomerate Queens Group is Baek Hyun-Woo. He is the pride of his hometown hamlet of Yongdu-ri and is the most accomplished person hailing from the area. Hong Hae-In, a.k.a. the Arrogant Queen, is daughter of the family that owns and runs Queens Group. She is also Baek Hyun-Woo’s wife. The two get married and are soon hit with certain circumstances. We see them weave out of them and see love spark once again.
Viewers recall being an absolute emotional rollercoaster, and recommend it as a must-watch of the year.
