Number 5, Biryani. The first episode was very interesting and there was a little confusion as to how the story will be. Let’s see what happens in the future, but the first episode was interesting and fun – it kept us watching, thinking, and wanting to know more about it.
4. Ek Jhooti Kahani
Ek Jhooti Kahani is really enjoyable and becomes even more engaging as the story progresses. Some aspects that stand out are handled in a very interesting way, without forcefulness or silliness, which makes sense to some extent. The chemistry and dynamics between the sisters are becoming very relatable, and anyone who has had sisters could connect with it.
3. Goonj
It’s a great one, and it’s saddening that it’s not getting the attention it deserves. It’s an amazing initiative to highlight workplace harassment against women, and the story is very different and engaging. It’s not the typical in-laws, daughter-in-law, extramarital affair, or toxic relationship drama – it reflects real situations happening around us. The performances are really strong, making it very enjoyable to watch and relatable.
2. Parwarish
Parwarish had an interesting last episode. Some things we were curious about weren’t fully shown, but other long-awaited moments were handled well, which felt really satisfying. Certain elements were approached in a different way, which was enjoyable, like wrapping up Sameer’s, Amal and Maaz’s story quickly and presenting it with a thoughtful touch.
1. Main Manto Nahi Hoon
Topping the list this week is Main Manto Nahi Hoon, going very strong with powerful performances, interesting dialogues, and a highly engaging story. The twists and turns are filled with curiosity, sometimes making you reflect on one thing and other times on something else, making it very enjoyable to watch.
