Bioniks , a Pakistani led social enterprise, fits first prosthetic limb for Gaza survivor Sidra
Bioniks has successfully fitted its first prosthetic limb in Gaza for Sidra, a young girl who lost her arm in the recent conflict. The fitting was made possible through a collaboration with Mafaz, Bioniks’ official partner in Jordan.
This marks the beginning of a mission to support amputees in Gaza.
Sidra’s journey reflects the resilience of so many in Gaza.
Bioniks believes that no one should be left behind when it comes to mobility and dignity. Through this initiative, our goal is to reach more children and adults affected by war with customized prosthetic limbs and long-term care. In a place where conflict has taken so much, this enterprise is working to give something back; mobility, confidence, hope, dignity, and independence.

It all started with an email in a spam folder. “Can you make a prosthetic arm for my son?” Sometimes, we might carve a clearly marked path for ourselves, but God has other plans.
