As of now, some official announcements have been made, but there’s still a lot of excitement in the air! Strong rumors are swirling around these four exciting Ramzan dramas that we’re about to dish out in this article. So, let’s see what all the hype is about!
1. Dil Wali Gali Mein Starring Hamza Sohail & Sajal Aly
HUM TV recently released a glimpse of the upcoming drama Dil Wali Gali Mein, and it’s already generating a ton of excitement!
The drama is headlined by the famous and beloved on-screen pair Hamza Sohail and Sajal Aly from the recently concluded superhit drama Zard Patton Ka Bunn, which was based on population control, women’s education, childbirth, girls’ education, health sector issues, and more. The drama followed the success of Zard Patton Ka Bunn and the love that has been showered upon Meenu and Dr. Nofil, played by Sajal Aly and Hamza Sohail, for their performances and chemistry in the drama. Hamza Sohail has given us Fairy Tale in a previous Ramzan, but this is the first time Sajal Aly will appear in a Ramzan drama. With a power cast and the potent director- writer duo of Kashif Nisar and Zafar Mairaj, this project brings so much more to the table, and to our Ramzan drama screens!
And when we say “out of the box” script, what comes to mind? Mann Jogi, Kabli Pulao, Lashkara? Yes, you’re thinking along the right lines! The drama is written by Zafar Mairaj, and it’s also his first time writing a Ramzan drama. And wait, there’s more! To top it all off with a “wow” factor, director Kashif Nisar takes charge of Dil Wali Gali Mein. With gems like Kabli Pulao and Mann Jogi in the not so recent last, this partnership has not only delivered entertainment, but thought-provoking scripts to tease the seasoned drama viewer’s palate the success of both dramas—hence the hype among drama fans is real.
2. Rakhshi Sweets Starring Khushhal Khan & Sehar Khan
Sehar Khan and Khushhal Khan are teaming up for the first time in a Ramzan drama titled Rakhshi Sweets, directed by Shahid Shafaat. While the writer hasn’t been revealed yet, this pairing has already sparked a wave of curiosity. Both actors have been taking interesting paths in their careers—Sehar with her message-driven scripts like Fairytale (with Hamza Sohail), Jafaa (with Usman Mukhtar), and Tan Man Neel O Neel (with Shuja Asad), and Khushhal with groundbreaking projects like DuniyaPur and lighthearted ones like Yahya (with Madiha Imam). Their choice of diverse stories reflects their willingness to keep things fresh and versatile.
Rakhshi Sweets might serve up a delightful mix of humor and heartwarming moments. Fans are guessing the storyline could revolve around a quirky family bakery with hilarious mishaps, a love story blossoming amidst sweet chaos, or even a competition that brings the community together in unexpected ways.
3. Aas Paas Starring Ali Ansari & Laiba Khan
Ali Ansari and Laiba Khan are back together in the Ramzan drama Aas Paas, and fans couldn’t be more excited! After totally stealing the show as Salar and Sitara in Kaffara, where their on-screen chemistry was off the charts. Viewers showered love on their characters, making them a fan-favorite couple, so it’s no surprise the makers decided to bring them back for another round of romance. Given the emotional rollercoaster of Kaffara, we can only imagine what kind of captivating story awaits us in this new venture!
As for the storyline of Aas Paas, we’re all super curious to see how things play out. Will Ali and Laiba‘s characters face the ups and downs of a modern love story, or maybe they’ll get caught up in a family feud that puts their relationship to the test? There could also be some comedy as they deal with quirky relatives or wild situations that lead to some hilarious moments! Whatever the plot twists, you can bet this drama will serve up a delightful mix of romance, fun, and plenty of reasons to binge-watch!
4. Tere Aany Se 2 Starring Muneeb Butt & Komal Meer
In the first season of Tere Aany Se, Muneeb Butt and Komal Meer had everyone hooked with their adorable characters as Maheer and Raniya.
